Conveniently situated within a short walk to the supermarkets, a pharmacy, many varied restaurants, the dry-cleaners,

cafes, a bank and many other conveniences, it is nonetheless tucked away in a quiet, cozy spot, isolated from the world and action around it - allowing it to maintain it's inherent atmosphere of peace, quiet, solitude and relaxation.We spent an incredible two weeks at Estancia de Valencia, we were able to walk to all the markets, churches, museums, the artisan-stores and unique Oaxacan-restaurants, whilst we enrolled in the Solexico Spanish Language School, and polished our Spanish ........... a short walk away. Oaxaca is nothing short of a Mexican Treasure, visits to ancient Zapatecas ruins, now excavated at Mitla and Monte Alban, the Tiotitlan Rug-Weaving artesanos - were simple from Oaxaca, and the incredibly helpful Owners & Hosts [Lorena & her husband Beto] - shared a lifelong of Oaxacan-experience with us, to make this a most memorable visit ......... we will be back !!
