With almost
10,000 square feet of living space( including decks), and
only 5 rooms, groups of 10-12 have found peace and quiet,
solitude and space to commune, celebrate and re-unite at Casa
Contenta. The perfect place for a meeting, family re-union,
wedding ceremony, corporate retreat, week of intense yoga
or golf - we specialize in group accommodations.
FOOD/KITCHEN:
For large groups, at their option, we waive breakfasts and
allow them the full use of the kitchen for all meals –
no price increase, just let us know in advance. We have a
full kitchen, and a barbecue upstairs on the 2,000 square
foot roof deck making the rooftop deck a favorite place for
group dinners under the stars. Choose to book four or more
rooms and there will be no other guests in the villa –
you’ll have exclusivity and the "run-of-the-house".
Many restaurants will deliver meals to Casa Contenta, you
can shop close-by at delis or at Costco. In addition, we can
arrange for a Mexican Taco evening, really inexpensively,
very popular with our guests!!
Lastly, if you want a Mexican Mariachi Band to really get
you into the "swing of things"... that too can be
arranged. God creates the sunsets!
For special events, we work with caterers and chefs who can
make your vacation very simple, doing as little or as much
as you'd like them to do (just prepare, or take it from A-Z:
buy the food according to your desires, prepare, cook, serve,
and clean-up afterwards). We often work with Tracy at The
Lazy Gourmet, because we know that nothing can be left
to chance. Their enthusiastic team will provide a memorable,
exciting and flawless event. They’ll take your ideas
and turn them into unforgettable moments that make lasting

Gourmet will set the scene while you live life to the
fullest. They specialize in full service catering, private
chef services, full bar service, location catering, theme
