Minimum stay of Three (3) night's.

The Fine Print:
   Rates are in U.S. Dollars, per room & based on double-occupancy
   Single person occupying a room: please deduct $25.00 per night - we welcome you!
   Xmas or New Years' weeks require a minimum 7 night reservation
   The (discounted) weekly rate is based strictly on a 7 night reservation
   All rates include a full breakfast for two
   All rates are subject to additional Mexican Taxes of 10% and 4% hotel tax.
   A Deposit of 50% of the full stay is required to confirm a reservation
   The Balance (full payment) is due 60 days prior to arrival
   Check-in time ~ from 2.00 p.m.
   Checkout time ~ 11:00 a.m. (we will try to accomodate late checkouts if requested in advance)
   Any additional kids on a fold out bed, add $25 per night, per person.
   For groups, we waive breakfasts and allow them the full use of the kitchen for all meals – no change
      in price, just let us know in advance.
   If a group books at least 3 or 4 (of the 5) rooms, they will have exclusivity of the villa.
   Children over 12 welcome anytime. Once we accept reservations of couples without kids, to respect
      their privacy and quiet, we will NOT accept any reservation of families with "younger kids" for the same
      period. In addition, if we DO accept a reservation of families with "younger kids", we will not accept
      reservations for couples wanting privacy and quiet for the same period.
   CASA CONTENTA is a non-smoking household, but guests have the full use of the many decks and
      grounds outside, where they can smoke if they wish.
   All guests qualify for 50% discount on golf.

Cancellations: We never over-book like a hotel/airline. Should the need arise to cancel, we will work with you:
   We always give clients, when they reserve, a link to an organization in the US, that provides inexpensive
      Flight and Accommodation Insurance, which, if you think there is a chance you might want to cancel,
      is always an excellent idea. Very inexpensive.
   Because Cabo is a destination resort, please call us at least sixty days in advance of the start date
      of your booking and we'll be pleased to refund 50% of your deposit and the balance when we rebook
      the canceled dates.
   Thereafter, monies will be refunded only when these dates are re-booked.
   In both cases, we will make every effort to re-book guests for the time frame that you cancel and
      refund you in full.
